Interested in Adopting from Foster Care?

Since 2006 Dallas Adoption Agency, Hope Cottage, has been partnering with Child Protective Services to build forever familes for children in the foster care system.  At any one time, more than 7,000 children in North Texas in the foster care system are available for adoption.
